Training Methodology

Today’s fitness methods are a lot different then the old school days of Arnold and Frank Zane. Everybody wants to try new techniques or use new equipment but I like to stick to the old school methods. To me plain and simple is the way to go and here at Upton Fitness we feel that’s what you get the best results from. Drop sets are something that I like to incorporate into every workout. When you do a drop set your doing a certain amount of reps with the weight that you have and instead of stopping there you drop the weight lighter and do more reps. This takes your muscles past their limitations and over time it makes results happen rather you’re looking to add muscle or tone your muscle.
